Set Your Public IP Address

Before proceeding, you need to add your egress public IP to the allowlist in the Privilege Cloud portal.

Note: Skytap often changes your egress public IP each time you restart your lab.
We recommend adding the /24 range of your egress IP to avoid connectivity issues.

Example:
If your egress IP is 1.2.3.4/32, enter 1.2.3.0/24 in the allowlist.

Steps to Add IPs in Privilege Cloud

1. Log in to the Privilege Cloud portal.
2. Navigate to Administration > Advanced Settings.
3. In the IP Allowlist section:
   • Add your IP addresses using the CIDR notation.
   • Click Add to list.
4. Once all IP addresses are added, click Save.

Important: It can take up to 10 minutes for the configuration to take effect.
You can continue working as usual and return later to verify the update.
You must click the Save button for your changes to take effect.
